Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0
Build ID: 20170504175505
Steps to reproduce:
- Configure firefox to always start in private mode
- visit some site, which sets cookies
- Find cookies list with: Ctrl-i -> Security -> Show cookies
Works as well with private windows, where it shows the non-private window's cookies.
Actual results:
Empty cookie list (so you cannot delete them either), while obviously cookies are sent.
Expected results:
list of cookies set in the private context is shown.

I could reproduce the original problem with Page Info -> Security -> View Cookies; the cookies are also missing from the about:preferences#privacy -> "Show Cookies".
I could NOT reproduce the problem with developer tools? I saw all the cookies in the "Storage" panel of Developer Tools on the page load.
