Actual results: An empty popup dialog appears. This dialog only contains the menu and task bar. Nothing related to the event definition appears (see screenshot). Note: If I define in the Lightning properties, open new event in a tab instead of a new dialog, the new event is working (ie: a new tab appears with the new event fields) Note 2: It was working before thunderbird upgrade Note 3: I am using Linux Mint 17.2 64Bits Expected results: The new event dialog should appear whith the event details fields.

This is a known error caused by Oracle Beehive Extensions for Thunderbird. Do you use this extension? Workaround: Disable the extension or enable the edit in tab option.
Hello Stefan, Thanks for your quick answer. Yes, I am using this extension (Oracle Beehive), but it was working with all the previous versions of thunderbird (last upgrade was from v48). I have tested with this extension disabled, and dialog is now showing the event details fields. Rgds,
There were a lot of changes between Lightning 4.7 and Lightning 5.4, e.g. to support the edit in tab option. I think the Oracle Beehive extension was not yet updated to support Lightning 5.4 correctly.
