1368455 - Reduce the pingsender timeout to 30 seconds

In bug 1364068 we found that the pingsender times out after 5 minutes when a networking problem is hit. We should decrease this timeout to 60 seconds.

This is true at least on Linux.

Attachment: Bug 1368455 - Set the connection timeout in the pingsender to 30 seconds.

The default connection timeout was 5 minutes on Linux and 30 seconds on Windows.

I've settled on 30 seconds, which is the default value on Windows, according to my machine :)
