Expected Results:  it should not do so (with IE it works)
Attached file testcase — 
A complicated one. Appears to rely on a particular combination of factors.
Installed 2002041408 and it appears to be fixed.
 Works fine with 2002041506 trunk build on WIN2K. Marking WFM.
