There's no keyboard shortcut (that I can find) to toggle between active windows in mozilla in MacOS X. The operating system keybindings only toggle between applications and (it appears) that the applications provide their own means for toggling between open windows.
Doesn't command-1 toggle between all current browser windows? It's supposed to...
I just tried command-1 and here's what I've found (latest build: 2002041108): 1. If only 1 browser window is open, command-1 creates a new browser window. 2. If more than 1 browser window is already open, command-1 cycles through open browser windows.
That is the correct behavior (both 1 and 2). Resolving this bug as worksforme. note: composer should also cycle in a similar manner using command-4

Yes, command-1 seems to do the trick. Sorry for the red herring. However, I couldn't find it in the documentation -- perhaps the menus could be a little more clear?
