Mozilla can be running or can be just idling in quicklaunch.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
Run the Mozilla and start Half-Life (I play DoD mod).

I attach my about:plugins since the bug is moved to plugins as a result of
talkback report.

Half-Life is a game, main point is that it's using directx to display it's
interface (imho) and opengl (in my case) in main program.

following:

version of half-life you are running
opposing force or code blue installed?
what version of DoD mod do you have isntalled?

HL Version 1.1.0.8 (last one)
No addon packs like Opposing Force or Blue Shift (just classic HL)
DoD Version 2.0
Other mods: Counter-Strike 1.3 (and TFC that comes with HL)

I should note that I have monitor weird configuration (Matrox G400 with latest
drivers and dual-monitor "separate resolutions" setup).

What makes it strange to me is that it crashes even if mozilla is not running
but stays in quicklaunch mode.

The bug is fairly reproducable. I am a developer and have Visual Studio
installed on this box for example, and I am willing to do something myself, if
only I knew what, I have no idea how to debug Mozilla :)

i cant reproduce this on my home machine, and I will try it on my work machine
next to try and reproduce it.

hmmm. bit of a problem testing this at work.  I cant get throught the firewall
to connect for updates and I cannot initiate a multiplayer game.

reporter, do you have any mroe information that might help us with this?
