User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
At Windows File Explorer or Desktop, right click on a jpg file or xls file, then choose "Send as attachment".
Also, with Excel open, click send email (as attachment).
Actual results:
Desktop / File Explorer don't do anything.
Excel display an error "General mail failure."
Expected results:
Open an empty compose message dialog, with the file attached.

Sound like a duplicate of the MAPI bug 1356902. Although this bug is a little more interesting since we get an error from Excel.
