Use Case: 

There is now a link to become a volunteer on the front page and it is confusing these two use cases fixed in another bug: 

1. I am a user and I want to register as a contributor
2. I am a registered user and I want to find my locale forum

I propose that we can fix this by now removing the content in Custom Content 3 in these locations where they are customized, or we can just delete the component from the quilt and document it for what it was used for.

CategoryPage we removed Custom Content 3

And in production we removed content from this component.
We removed custom.widget on Category Page.
Adding version in Studio where this was changed.
