As a part of the stakeholders, Joni, Rachel and Michal and Social all have specific steps and MVP steps to make sure that a new user can get started. We will meet with each and plan the links in this document:

Joni submitted hers and we met with Michal, social is on hold.

For all situations that are not platform dependant we want to cover these three general areas: 

1. How to contact an admin in each contribution area
2. Steps to find the contributor forums for each contribution area
3. Where to read the cultural, community guidelines, and process documentation (ex. how to file a bug, how to find my locale)
4. What are and where are the resources I need to get started (ex requirements for a new locale, the firefox release calendar, all the 'extras')
5. How the heck do I use the platform - the basics


Currently the document above covers links to all the existing steps listed above (1-5) for contributors for the first 30 days. However the documentation is dependent on 3 pending projcets. I will add these meta bugs as blockers. 

However for now, we have something that works.

For instance taking a single example the document above says

It does not give details of that read more linked document or the content of that document.

You did say

Are you now going to add those blockers please.

I am not sure that it is seen we do have something that works.
This is resolved as Incomplete and looks very much unfinished.

The link was added to the document for "Title: Get Learning" works in production. It is a link to the post for Writing Resources in the New Contributor Forum. Cynthia and I just verified it worked in production as in the document. 

The three projects that are blocking this are: 
1) Respond, it is currently not actively growing, because we maxed out licenses and are waiting for approval for more. 
2) Documentation is currently being updated for the Lithium features - Joni is working on this this week. https://trello.com/c/q3OPL9s6/75-onboarding-stakeholder-steps-joni-and-michal-for-documentation-on-sub-pages-https-bugzillamozillaorg-showbugcgiid1368881
3) L10n features are also being updated -affecting documentation. However this is mostly accurate and up to date for now. If more change is needed, let's file another bug. 

So Respond is hidden for now, and the 3rd is no longer blocking.

I am not going to implement a tile for how to use the platform. This will only be in the list of resources for extra info.
