[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2.Install the following add-on: https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/history-deleter-oop/
3.Perform a google search and navigate a bit through google images in order to gather some browsing history.
4.Maximize the browser window.
5.Minimize the url bar.
6.Click on the webextension icon from the url bar. 
 
 
[Expected Results]:
PageAction pop-up is properly displayed.
 
 
[Actual Results]:
The webextension pop-up does not point to the pageAction icon.

I can't reproduce this. I flipped the photon pref on and off to see if that caused it either. Wondering if this got magically fixed in the last few days. Could you retry please?

I am still able to reproduce this issue on Firefox 55.0a1 (2017-06-05) under Windows 10 64-bit. It may not reproduce at the first attempt but clicking multiple times will definitely display the pop-up in the wrong position.

This feels like a bit of an edge case, so I'll mark fix-optional for 55.  Happy to take a patch to fix this in beta55 though.
