- latest Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-05-31)

[Affected platforms]:
- Mac OS X 10.12

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox and open Customize. 
2. Enable Title Bar. 
3. Move the "Report Site Issue" button to the Tab Bar. 
4. Click on the "Report Site Issue" button. 

[Expected result]:
- No issues occur.

- nightly regression window to [2017-05-14, 2017-05-15]
