We would like to stop using the graphics branch for QR development, and switch to the standard integration branches workflow (using autoland/inbound). Right now there are a few tier-2 test jobs that are run per-push on the graphics branch per-push, but we can instead run them on m-c. With that done we can stop using the graphics branch.
