1369130 - Allow Marko Andrejić access to localizer metrics on tableau

Marko Andrejić is one of our localizers for Serbian, he needs access to usage statistics on Tableau.

His LDAP account was created in bug 1217004, email is [e-mail]

He needs to be added to the tableau_users group for LDAP, and added separately to Tableau users.

He needs access to at least the following elements

"[e-mail]" is added to both tableau_users group for LDAP, and dataviz (Tableau)
