User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0
Build ID: 20170529025116
Steps to reproduce:
Upon reporting this bug previously (1363852), I was encouraged to install Firefox 54.0b6 (32-bit). I did so, and the bug appeared to be resolved. However, when Firefox autoupdated to 54.0b7 the issue resurfaced, and has remained through the current 54.0b12 update.
Win7Pro-32bit + Firefox 54.0b12 (32-bit) + Opera (45.0.2552.888 (PGO) +
Flash NPSWF32_25_0_0_171.dll
1. Set windows display setting to 150%. (viz. display resolution in Windows 7 is set to 150%, not the zoom level in the tab of Firefox.)
2. Open web file containing Flash application.
Actual results:
Video out of sync; interactive features do not work properly (e.g. selection from a list is requested - selection is made but does not appear, but clicking anywhere in the window causes the selection to appear.)
Test case: https://www.math.ksu.edu/~dph/vl/010/lec11/
Expected results:
Video should play normally; interactive elements should display and respond after user input.
NOTE: I tested this with the same 150% display setting and same web page, but using Opera (45.0.2552.888 (PGO). The video played correctly and the interactive elements operated correctly.

These are wmode=transparent, so bitmap based sync rendering path. Might simply be a bad performance problem.

Greetings. I wanted to communicate that today Firefox updated to 55.0b3 (32-bit) and the bug seems to be resolved. This happened previously, but in the next update the bug resurfaced. I will continue to post on this thread whenever Firefox updates to keep everyone apprised of the situation. Many thanks to all the team.
