Details

I am unable to login to my Netscape Personalized page. This is a must have for
Beta.

To reproduce:

1. Go to http://my.netscape.com
2. Click on "I already already customized my a page, find it"
3. Enter your login and hit Sign In

Results: There will be some ugly redirecting and then you will get a message
that says your browser sent a message this sever could not understand on Linux.
On Windows, you will get a crash.
hmm. I'm not crashing on windows. I do get the "not understood msg" though.

This is probably a dup of 13684 but I'll leave to Judson to mark it as such
since both bugs are assigned to him.
Oops, mid-air collision -- cpratt was marking it as a dup at the same time that
I was reporting it to be a dup.
Bulk move of all Necko (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking

component.
