Steps to reproduce:

1. Click the start to favorite a website
2. Click the drop down to select a different folder and select "Choose..."
3. Select a place to put the bookmark and click "New Folder"
4. After a couple of seconds, you can no longer type in the name of what you want the folder to be


Actual results:

After a couple of seconds, you can no longer type in the name of what you want the folder to be.


Expected results:

Can rename the folder for as long as I want.
