Details

For both CCK and Factory wizard in the first screen where the drop down menu for configuration file selection will always default to the top list when click upon. When click on the drop down menu to view existing configuration then mouse click outside the menu to close the selection will be on top of the list instead of retaining the current one.
This bug is a duplicate.
