User Story Elaborated: I have had two contributors come to me to ask if ther e was a place they could practice using the new kb markup for translations and for editing current articles. 

They both wanted a safe place to practice that they could test live, but not interfere with any high traffic articles in their language. 

Proposed solution was to create an article in the Contributor Knowledge Base that users can practice on.
