User Story Expanded: When a contributor has been in the community for more than 30 days and has found their footing with the platform, the ways to get involved, and has met a few of the other community members, they may look to expand their skills or responsibility in their role. 

In order to provide information on leadership opportunities and locale lead opportunities, this content may be visible to users after they have logged in more than 5 times and have been a VIP role or a Support Contributor for 30 days.
