As a non technical user, when I have problems with Firefox, I feel frustrated angry and exhausted. Therefore when asking a support question, I would like my experience to be a pleasant, useful and a fast one.
Therefore the steps to post a question should not be too long and should be easy.

This seems rather an odd bug description.
We could allow users to post without
* registering
* seeing Forum guidelines
* seeing other questions or KB articles
* seeing suggestions as to what information to add to a question
All of that is I imagine easy to do and will speed up the question asking experience for the person asking the question.
However
* It may not result in a question that is easy to answer.
* The person asking may then need to wait for someone who initially just asks for further information before suggesting an answer.
* It may result in an unnecessary question because an answer is available.
* It may be totally inappropriate to the support forum.
The more questions we receive & the more low quality or incomplete questions we receive the longer people have to wait and the less likely they get a satisfactory solution.
This is in a SoW as
> Use Case 5 - As a non technical user, when I have problems with Firefox, I feel frustrated angry and exhausted. Therefore when asking a support question, I would like my experience to be a pleasant, useful and a fast one.
I am not sure why this bug has included in the summary
> [User Agent User Story]
Other than the fact that by extracting information from the User Agent String and using that in an intelligent manner we are likely to improve the quality and categorisation of questions.
Some of the information can also be displayed to the person asking the question in such a way as they realise they do not need to manually enter that information.
