Details
User Story: As a user I want to be able to import all of my about:support details to better give info about the support question. Expanded: As a user in kitsune a prompt would ask the user to add extra information and details about their profile so that a user could look if anything was changes from the default, if they had any addons or plugins or even if they had an graphics and webgl info that was not supported or may need an update. At the moment in Lithium, there is nothing. The answerer has to ask for all of these details in their troubleshooting as well as may not know if a user has tried certian steps already in any help article before they answer the question. This adds to significant frustration to the user and time to the solving of a support issue.
