Steps to reproduce:

On the same element i've used mix-blend-mode and transform.

Actual results:

While scrolling the element starts to move.


Expected results:

The element should have stay in place.
Summary: mix-blend-mode transform → mix-blend-mode, transform, overflow: hidden
Using overflow: hidden on parent element also is important to trigger the behaviour.
