Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Mozilla Mail, enter your favorite newsgroup. 2. Click on a message header, to make sure that window has focus. 3. Hit CTRL-SHIFT-F. Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: Pops up the search dialogue box.

sometimes another application may steal shortcut key from Mozilla. Reporter, can you close all other applications, including those in the task bar tray, and see if you can still reproduce the problem.
This bug was fixed in a subsequent release, I had just lost the bug number until now. I don't run a nightly because Mozilla is a considerable PITA to build on a Windows system, and I use a different browser in Linux. Thanks to the dev team for this fix!
