BuildID: 2002031104

Using a browser window with multiple tabs, by clicking on the "X" in the
upper-right corner, or "Close tab" in context menu will close current tab, but
will always focus the tab that was on the current tab's left side in the list,
regardless of the order in which I switched the tabs to get to the one I am
closing now.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open multiple tabs with various pages
2.select right-most tab and consecutively focus each tab until let's say one
somewhere in the middle
3.close the currently selected tab (with context menu or "X" in upper-right
corner). Current tab closes and focus is set to the tab which was on the current
tab's left side, and NOT the tab which was focused previously.

Expected Results: When a tab is closed, the previously focused tab should
regain focus.
Just as mIRC does with it's child windows, any app that uses MDI child windows,
and as the window manager switches between windows, closing the current window
will focus the previously focused one, not the one to the left in the list in
the task bar.
