We should probably not do that.
"firefox beta 54.0 updates are available on the beta-localtest channel now <EOM>" is also a good candidate for investigation when it comes to RC."
This is probably fallout from bug 1368598.

Or also fallout from devedition work which we just hit for the first time.
This is the first RC where we had automatic emails to r-d; this probably never worked properly.
