:gozer could you look at the bmo-nubis deployment? It looks like it thought an asg creation failed, but it did not and now it is blocked by seeing that one already existing (https://ci.bugzilla.admin.us-west-2.bugzilla-aws.nubis.allizom.org/job/bugzilla-deployment/53):
