Steps:
1. Have Sync connected
2. Open Sync tabs sidebar
3. Interrupt connection/ close and open/ 

Actual results:
- The list of tabs - names and favicons - is not available anymore 
- a message is displayed asking you to connect your account.

Expected results:
- The list of tabs - names and favicons - should be still present (as on mobile)
