1370928 - Move py(MH) to the linux64/opt platform and rename py(mh)

Currently the mozharness unittests show up under the "lint" platform, which doesn't really make sense for a unittest. There are different code paths in mozharness (and python in general) for different platforms, so whether the tests are running on linux, windows or mac is an important distinction to make. Plus all the other python unittests are running there anyway.

We should also rename the task to lower case 'mh' for consistency with the other python tasks.
