137105 - Mozilla Mail/News does not fully close

After closing the Mail/News I am not able to restart Mail/News.
When hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del mozilla is still listed there. When clicking "Taak
beëindigen" (End task), after 7 seconds a dialog pops up with a message saying
the application does not react and giving me the option to choose between "Taak
Beëindigen" (end task) and "Annuleren" (Cancel).

After again telling Windows I want to kill the program, I am finaly able to
restart Mozilla Mail/News.

This problem occurs with the win32 nightlies of 20020410 and 20020411. The
problem does not occur with the 0.9.9 release.
