If you don't specify an icon for a search engine, default icon doesn't display in default dropdown

Details
If you add a new search engine using addEngineWithDetails and don't specify an icon, you get the default icon everywhere except the "Default search engine" dropdown which shows no icon. We should show the default icon in all locations.
