Could you try logging out and back in again?  Maybe your API key is stale (though that should normally give a more intuitive error...).
not sure of the exact timing, but bugzilla was hardhatted for a while over the weekend to perform database maintenance.

I just ran into it on https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/190954/ and I'm thinking it might be my comment's proximity to the Ctrl-L characters in that file?
