I hit this on my Windows 10 machine but I am not sure how (I might have turned webrender on and off...)

WebRender is still off by default on FF 54, I think it's fine to change FF 54 as won't fix.

More reports did show up, but right now 20170819100442 is the last buildid that has any reports. As that was a month ago I think this is ok to close.
