Steps to reproduce:
Happened with account on servers: Gmail, Sieve. IMAP access.
OS: Windows 7 64 bit SP 1
Mozilla Thunderbird 52.1.1 (32-bit)
1. create imap folder "test"
2. rename it to "TEST"
Actual results:
Folders view show folders: "test" and "TEST".
Problem disappears after restarting Thunderbird.
Expected results:
Folders view should show only folder "TEST".

This looks a bit like bug 481142 from 2009.
I'm surprised it works at all since we have bug 92165 on file (for local folders).
