I think the devtools.debugger.client-source-maps-enabled pref should be removed in favor of devtools.source-map.client-service.enabled, and that all tools should share a single setting.
Sounds like a good sanity improvement to me!

I'm going to remove the pref upstream and fix the options panel in bug 1371489.
