Filing this here so we have a record of what locales will ship on v1 of Focus for Android.

As discussed with Sebastian, I'll update this bug by Tuesday May 12th with the final list of locales that can ship.

= Shipping criteria =
Locales that

- are at 100% complete translation with no remaining errors on the web dashboard at l10n deadline,

- have no visible l10n errors upon review of the locale's screenshots
(e.g., significant truncation, text overflow, encoding, etc.) besides what
may have already been reported to the mobile team to correct.
