1371912 - Grid Inspector's virtual canvas should be repositioned also during the zoom

STR:

1. Open the file attached
2. Scroll down to the grid
3. Display the Grid Inspector (click on the grid icon on rules panel, or do it from layout panel)
4. Zoom in until the max zoom available

At a certain point, you will see that the grid highlighter is not entirely drawn as expected. If you will start to scroll, then everything will works. That's because during the zoom we're not check if we need to update the canvas' position, where during the scroll we did it; since the zoom is changing the canvas size and document size, we should check there too.
