make a part of the web site that doesn't get rebuilt constantly with the rest of the site. This can be used for the party pics and purify logs. Maybe the purify logs should just go on the ftp site.

imo this is fixed, people can get permission to upload to staging and use http://ftp.mozilla.org/<somewhere> as static non cvs managed content.
