Details
As per bug 1362252, the media team has been sunsetting the external media tests. I am seeing local issues with the tests and the harness. As per our policy of removing tests as issues arise with them, it is time to remove the tests and see that they are disabled. A follow up bug will be raised to track removal of documentation around the tests.

Removed some extra lines from TC config that have been introduced since initial request. Requesting second review since initial request has changed (albeit in a straight forward fashion). Lines removed are for external tests and of the format: > windows7-32-vm/debug: built-projects > windows7-32/debug: built-projects
