See bug 1050050 comment 10. Looks like the vendor of Easy Changjei has gone and nobody keeps maintaining the product. Additionally, current Firefox always crashes when pressing any key when Easy Changjei is active. So, we don't need to keep the hack for Easy Changjei which was introduced in bug 1054108.
