Details 
Matt, this is a perma failure in this new testsuite. Since this is causing more workload for sheriffs we either need to fix this, or need to hide this tests till the problem is fixed

This job should only be enabled on regular opt builds, not ccov or anything with leak checking. As long as regular linux64 opt will continue to run then I will make a patch to disable this job with linux64 ccov.

Thanks for the quick patch Matt! If ever code coverage is needed/wanted for this test suite, we can disable leak checking on linux64-ccov for just this suite. We've done this for mochitest-browser-chrome on linux64-jsdcov. I don't think we really need to be checking them on this build (although it does get interesting failures like this).
