Barbara, 

Is the proposal to remove terraclicks.com or to remove the longer list you provided.  Terraclicks satisfies the policy criteria and can be removed.  I don't know the rest but it looks like some of the them might not satisfy the criteria.  Do we consider all of these "sites primarily used for advertising or management of advertising."

If these don't satisfy the criteria, we should leave them. If there is something missing from the criteria, we should change them before modifying the list.

others are questionable if remove is fitting to sanitation methods. but those are fitting to the rules for sure can be removed, right?
