Details

I tried to uplift bug 1364418 (Add SyncDelegate to UNNotificationServiceExtension to modify UNNotificationContent) to v8.x. The merge conflicts were relatively easy to fix, but unfortunately the NotificationService target is not showing up in the project. We either need to fix the merge or just create a new PR with the same changes as in bug 1364418 but then redone from scratch on v8.x.
