First "usable" prototype finished, and submitted to AMO:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/blind-reviews/
(or you can still install temporarily via about:debugging until it is reviewed).

For now, it covers the most obvious pages where review submitters are visible:  Single bug page, Splinter review page, My Dashboard and My Requests page.

There might be some other often-used pages on Bugzilla that I missed, so please report them.

The extension defaults to "blinded" mode for any review request it sees for the first time, but allows the user to switch the mode to reveal the patch author (and this is remembered per bug).

We don't add any info when submitting the review (yet), so please try it out, and report if there are any issues, or if this breaks your usual review workflow.

The extension has been reviewed and is available to install from AMO for testing, so I'm resolving this as fixed, but feel free to still report bugs or issues.
