This is a meta-bug to track implementing the various blobs required to support more image format to GLBlitHelper. At this stage only the following Image types are supported: - PLANAR_YCBCR - MAC_IOSURFACE (mac only) - SURFACE_TEXTURE (android only) - EGLIMAGE (android only). We have none for the most commonly used for media playback and the most used platforms: Windows - D3D11YCbCrImage (currently added to bug 1223270) - IMFYCbCrImage - D3D11ShareHandleImage
