3) look at the icons of upper-left-corner are indicated in different languages English and Russian

The screenshot shows some folder names where folders were imported from Outlook Express. Even if those folders were Inbox, Drafts, etc. originally (in Russian, I don't know what they say) those fixed folder names are not localised.
