Instead of creating a new article, the archived "Custom installation of Firefox on Windows" article could be updated with new content and screenshots:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/custom-installation-firefox-on-windows has been updated and marked ready to localize.  

If this bug also includes informing users about the changes in the Firefox online(stub)installer, that could be done by updating https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-windows once Firefox 55 is released.
