When I'm trying to debug toolkit xpcshell-tests with --jsdebugger it is a real pain when the xpcshell.ini doesn't have "firefox-appdir = browser".

The harness can detect that it isn't present, so maybe we should make the harness add it automatically with a warning?

This would save developers having to add the line manually each time, and remember to remove it from the patch before committing.
