Steps to reproduce:

My flashplayer just keeps crashing whenever It wants. I do play games and that is where I really notice it. It has been doing this ever since the last 2 updates of firefox.It never does it in IE 11. It's terrible as it is constant crashing as well as the Firefox browser. No other!

Did you try to test with the protected mode disabled (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/adobe-flash-protected-mode-firefox) and the hardware acceleration disabled too (https://www.adobe.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/help01.html)?

Yes I disabled protected mode quite a while ago. Thank-you. It didn't seem to make any difference. Have a great day.

Sharon, I'm sorry to hear about your problem. In order to make this report useful for engineering diagnosis, can you provide the following information:

* crash report IDs of the Flash crashes. You can look in about:crashes to get a list of recent crashes and copy the crash report IDs into this bug
* about:support information: please copy that and put it into an attachment here
* If this happens primarily on certain sites, can you provide some URLs or specific games that I could try to reproduce this one?
* Do you have any antivirus or utility software that might be interfering with Flash?
