User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0
Build ID: 20170518000419

Steps to reproduce:

1)
Snap firefox to left or right side of screen.

2)
Close firefox window

3)
reopen firefox window, it's offset instead of properly taking up half the monitor.

System is running Windows 10 64bit pro, 3440x1440 monitor. Issue doesn't occur when firefox is full-screened or on secondary monitor (2560x1440).

Actual results:

After closing firefox when it is snapped to half of the monitor, it is offset the next time it launches.

Expected results:

Firefox should launch properly taking up half the monitor.
