Details

Two of the VideoCaptureTest unit tests broke at some point during the final merge of webrtc.org r57: VideoCaptureTest.CreateDelete VideoCaptureTest.Capabilities
Assignee: nobody → dminor
Mass change P3->P4 to align with new Mozilla triage process.
Priority: P3 → P4

These tests require having a camera available, which was probably not the case when I ran them and reported this bug.
